Where are you located?
MotorGlow Customs is based in Oakland County, Michigan, and proudly serves clients throughout Michigan and surrounding areas.
What vehicles do you work on?
We customize a wide range of vehicles, including luxury german sedans and suvs, sports cars and muscle cars, high-end SUVs and trucks, and EV vehicles.
Will the installation affect my vehicle’s factory wiring or warranty?
We keep all wiring as clean and minimally invasive as possible. Depending on the setup, we can use fuse taps or properly solder into an existing 12V source. Any added wiring can also be removed later if needed.
Can I choose the colors and lighting effects?
Yes, with remote and app. All starlight kits include brightness settings and twinkle speed. All ambeint lighting is dream color, color patterns pre loaded and custom, can adjust brightness.Â
Are rocklights and light strips weather proof?
Yes. The rock lights we install are designed for exterior use and are mounted and wired to hold up against normal rain, dirt, and road conditions.Â
How long will my project take?
Timelines depend purely on the project complexity and material selection. Basic ambient lighting setups take a few days, while comprehensive full interior builds can take longer.
Do you offer interior and exterior detailing?Â
Yes. We offer both interior and exterior detailing, whether you’re looking for a full cleanup or just want to focus on certain areas of the vehicle.

Can I combine multiple services?
Absolutely. Many projects combine services such as ambient lighting, starlight headliners, interior work, and detailing.
Can you do a completely custom project?
Yes. If you have an idea that doesn't fit neatly into one of our listed services, contact us and tell us what you're thinking.
How do I get a quote?
Use our Request a Quote form and provide your vehicle information, the services you're interested in, and as much information about your project as possible.
How long will my project take?
Timeline depends on the vehicle, services, materials, and scope of the build. We'll discuss the expected timeline during the quote process.
Do you work with customers outside Oakland County?
Yes. Although we're based in Oakland County, we work with customers from throughout Michigan and beyond.
